At SURVISION, we prioritize our operations' highest environmental and social standards. We develop every aspect of our LPR cameras in-house, including hardware, electronics, and software. Maintaining complete control over the entire production process ensures that our cameras align with our ethical principles.
We are on the constant look for efficient yet humane work practices. We offer teleworking and flexible hours, and we provide various employment contracts tailored to meet the particularities of each employee. We also have introduced profit-sharing initiatives, enabling our employees to benefit from our company's success.
We have promised ourselves never to engage or support any kind of corruption and minimize interactions with countries that disregard fundamental human rights. We advocate for respecting minorities' and women's rights, the right to education, freedom of expression, and free elections. This commitment to ethical conduct ensures that our partnerships align with our values.
We are heartfully dedicated to limiting the impact of our activities on the environment as much as possible. Here are some examples of the practices we employ:
1.- We actively participate in a collective system for recycling electronic components under the WEEE (ECOSYSTEM, contract number 45008227). By responsibly disposing of electronic waste, we contribute to a more sustainable future.
2.- Whenever feasible, we choose to transport by boat for international shipping to reduce pollution associated with air freight.
3.- We prioritize collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers located within a 200km radius of our offices in Angers (France). This approach allows us to minimize transportation-related environmental impact, especially in hardware design and industrialization.
4.- Our packaging materials consist of recyclable components or those sourced from recycling channels. By adopting these practices, we reduce waste and promote circular economy principles.
5.- We adhere to the most stringent standards for electronic components, such as REACH and ROHS, to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
6.- Our sensors undergo approval processes according to certifications required in Europe and North America, including electromagnetic compatibility, electrical safety, and photobiological safety (EN 55032, CE Marking, FCC Part 15, ICEES-003, CB Scheme, EN 61000-6-3, EN 61000-6-2, IEC62471, IEC 62368-1). These certifications validate our sensors' quality and safety, giving our customers confidence in their performance.
At SURVISION, we remain committed to upholding our ethical practices, promoting social responsibility, and embracing environmental consciousness as we provide our customers with reliable, high-quality LPR cameras.
